Why Puno?

Puno isn’t your usual laptop destination. It sits on Lake Titicaca, where sacred Andean energy, ancient culture and deep focus come together, and life moves slower.

  • Connect

Close groups and long conversations with founders and freelancers.

  • Grow

Strategy sessions and workshops for people planning their next move.

  • Immerse

Ancestral Andean heritage, local Quechua and Aymara traditions, and cultural exchange.

  • Reset

Lakeside mornings, island walks and time to let the altitude slow you down.

Where it happens

The program runs across three settings on and around the lake.

Puno waterfront

Keynotes, main talks and evening meetups by the bay, in the heart of the city’s waterfront district.

Uros and Taquile islands

Floating island unconferences, deep-work sessions, and authentic cultural immersion on Lake Titicaca.

Sillustani

Sunset mastermind circles, reflection walks, and high-elevation networking among ancient Andean monuments.

The feel

Textile traditions, lake light and a quiet you won’t find in a capital city. The Uros reed islands, Taquile and Sillustani’s pre-Inca towers are close by.
