Founders, freelancers and creators from all over.
Talks, workshops and small-group sessions. Speakers.
Caribbean food, music and history, shown to you by people who live here.
Sea, jungle and slow mornings.
The program runs across three spots in and around the city.
Talks, rooftop meetups and evening events in the old town.
In the hills above the city. Deep-work sessions, open-format sessions and nature workshops.
Sunset coworking, small-group sessions by the sea and beach gatherings.

Colombia’s oldest city, founded in 1525 on the Caribbean coast. A walkable historic center sits on the bay.
The Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta is the highest coastal mountain range in the world, rising above 5,700 meters a short distance from the water. Tayrona National Park, Minca’s coffee and cacao hills and the trail to Ciudad Perdida, the Lost City, are all close by.
